Welcome to Weddnesday. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Weddnesday, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions & Key Terms

• Service: Refers to Weddnesday and all related functionalities.
• User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses Weddnesday.
• Subscription: The paid access model required for some features.
• Content: Any text, images, or data uploaded by users.

3. Service Description

Weddnesday allows users to create, customize, and share wedding websites using provided templates. Some features require an active subscription-based payment model.

4. Subscription, Payment & Refund Policy

• Weddnesday operates on a subscription-based model using Stripe for payments.
• Users must cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to use the service.
• If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@weddnesday.com. If approved, your subscription will be canceled and access revoked.
• No refunds are issued after the 14-day window.
• Users must comply with Stripe's Terms & Conditions.
• Weddnesday reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities & Restrictions

Users agree NOT to:

• Post offensive, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Resell or commercially exploit the service.
• Misuse the website, including spamming or hacking.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Use the service if under 18 years old without parental or guardian consent.

6. Intellectual Property

• Weddnesday retains all rights to branding and templates.
• Users may customize templates but must maintain an active subscription to share them.
• Users do not gain ownership rights to platform elements or software.

7. Content Ownership & Licensing

• Users retain ownership of content they upload.
• By uploading content, users grant Weddnesday a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• Weddnesday is not liable for user-generated content.

8. Third-Party Services

• Weddnesday integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), AWS S3 (image storage), Neon (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (user behavior tracking).
• Users must comply with the respective Terms & Conditions of these services.
• Weddnesday is not responsible for failures, outages, or data breaches caused by third-party providers.

9. Termination of Service

• Weddnesday reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts for violating these Terms.
• Users may delete their account at any time, but no refunds will be issued after the 14-day period.
• Suspended accounts may appeal within 7 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

Weddnesday is not responsible for:

• User-generated content.
• Service interruptions or downtime.
• Third-party service failures.
• Unauthorized access to user data.
• Any misuse of wedding websites by users or third parties.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Any disputes shall be governed by Romanian law.
• Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
• Users waive the right to class-action lawsuits.

12. Privacy & GDPR Compliance

• User data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
